The Elevate Africa Fellowship Cohort II Applications Are Now Open
The Elevate Africa Cohort II has officially opened the applications for its 2026 intakes, welcoming a new group of mid-career professionals committed to shaping Africa's future through leadership, collaboration and purposeful action. The fellowship is a 10-month hybrid leadership programme designed for professionals with 10-15 years of impactful experience across various sectors. It seeks individuals who demonstrate a strong commitment to public service, innovation and continetal development.
Cohort II will bring together professionals from across Africa and the African diaspora into a Pan-African learning community focused on strengthening leadership capacity and fostering cross-border collaboration.
Participants selected for the fellowship benefit from:
- Structured mentorship from experienced Pan-African leaders
- Access to strong and diverse continental professional network
- Curated learning experience that enhances leadership thinking and practical applications
Through this programme, fellows will engage in meaningful conversations, shared learning and collaborative problem solving aimed at addressing Africa's most pressing challenges and opportunities.
